Public Art > Lingonberry Love

The Downtown Association of Fairbanks and Project Fairbanks initiated the “Paint the Pipes” as the inaugural project of Art in the Heart. The project was an opportunity for local artists to create works of art that contribute to the vitality of the streetscape and enhance the urban experience by improving the appearance of the white vent pipes located throughout downtown Fairbanks.
